Natural resources ministry predicts oil and gas reserves to rise

The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources has predicted that oil and gas reserves will go up to 8 bn tons of
conventional fuel and those of coal and uranium to a total worth of 22.4 t roubles by 2010.
These figures are cited in the federal program on Ecology and Russian Natural Resources in the Period from 2002 to
2010, which is being coordinated by the ministry.
