Yukos purchases stake in Mongolian East Asia Transit company

Yukos has purchased a 66 % stake in the Mongolian East Asia Transit company, which services oil supplies to China by
rail.
At the beginning of 2000, Yukos and the Mongolian Ministry of Infrastructure Development signed a Memorandum of
Cooperation in the supply and transportation of oil and petroleum products.
