Clough subsidiary to join Nippon subsidiary in gas export project

Clough’s subsidiary PT Petrosea is going to sign a Letter of Intent with PT Nisconi, subsidiary of Nippon of Japan, for the A$ 125 mm Gajah Baru Gas Export Project. The contract includes the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of an offshore production and compression platform and 3 km of 200-millimeter subsea pipeline inclusive of tie-ins.

Work on the project has already started with a 10-week re-engineering phase. Once completed the full contract will be executed for the detailed design, procurement, installation and commissioning with completion and first production due in 24 months.
