Daewoo signs contract with Myanma Oil for exploration in Bengal Gulf

Daewoo has announced that it has signed a contract with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise for oil and gas exploration in the Bengal Gulf. The Bengal Gulf area reportedly has reserves of around 500 mm barrels, worth approximately $ 10 bn.
Daewoo will have full control of the project. The company is planning to invest 20 bn won over the next four years.
