Shell sells LPG marketing and distributing business to World Gas (Thailand)

Shell of Thailand announced an agreement to sell its LPG marketing and distributing business to World Gas
(Thailand).
The transaction is expected to be completed in early July and will involve the transfer of 30 Shell staff, Shell
said. Other details were not immediately available.
The Shell Co. of Thailand is part of the Shell Group of Companies. World Gas (Thailand) Co. is 49 % owned by SHV of
the Netherlands.
