Sinopec to build China's largest refining and petrochemical integrated unit

Sinopec and Zhejing Provincial Government signed an agreement recently to jointly construct China's largest single integrated refining and petrochemical complex in Zhejiang Province. Upon completion, the annual processing capacity will reach approximately 300,000 bpd.
The million ton per annual ethylene unit that accompanies this refinery is waiting for approval from National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
